Fee Range Explained
The Fee Ranges quoted on this site are presented only as a general guideline in order to help you narrow your search. The Fee Range quoted here does NOT mean that it's the range at which a speaker (or trainer) will negotiate his/her price. Rather it indicates that a speaker’s exact fee falls somewhere within this range. In some cases, a speaker's specific fee may actually be at the high end of the range. For the exact fee, availability and booking info please contact TBWSB.
Note: Fees for half-day and full-day workshop or training programs, as well as engagements outside the Continental US, are usually higher than normal keynote addresses. In addition, a speaker’s fee is subject to change without advance notice.

The fees of speakers and trainers represented on this website will fall within one of the above fee ranges. It is important to note that these fees are only for keynote presentations in the continental U.S. [and, in most cases, for Canada] and do not include additional expenses. For programs in Alaska, Hawaii, and abroad, fees are usually higher due to additional time commitment.

IMPORTANT:
Don't forget that in addition to a speaker's fee, you must also budget for their expenses.
These generally include:
- Taxes and surcharges [Country, State, County, or Local]
- Purchase of handouts, workbooks, books, and other support materials
- Surcharge for audio and video taping of program
- Surcharge for additional requests such as moderating or being a participant on a panel before/after keynote presentation
