Sarita Maybin is an award-winning professional speaker whose audiences have FUN while learning how to stay positive, handle tough communication situations and work together…better!
Since 1993 Sarita has inspired thousands of people thru interactive keynote speeches and seminars. She has spoken in 47 states, in nine Canadian provinces, and in England, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Mexico and Iceland. Some of her clients include NASA, Hewlett Packard, National Weather Service, PGA and the Las Vegas Convention Center.
Prior to becoming a full-time professional speaker, Sarita worked in University Administration for thirteen years, including the role of Dean of Students at the University of California, San Diego. She has a B.A. in Psychology and a Masters Degree in Counseling both from the University of Maryland, College Park.
Sarita is a contributing author of two books: “The Productivity Path: Your Roadmap for Improving Employee Performance” and “Career Compass for Women”, and author of a motivational CD “Turning Negativity into Possibilities”. Sarita is also a Toastmasters Humorous Speech Contest winner, a Past President of the San Diego chapter of the National Speakers Association, and a 2002 Finalist for the San Diego Women Who Mean Business Award.
