In addition to almost 20 years of work experience, Vicki is a registered nurse and holds a masters degree from Towson University in Human Resource Development.

They are introspective – focusing on the individual’s work environment - and of course they are engaging – through exercises, group work and humor. Audiences find Vicki thought provoking as she introduces new concepts and action oriented – focusing on the application of learned material. Vicki has her finger on the pulse of employee needs and management concerns for today’s workforce.
When Vicki is not presenting to employees and managers, she is an adjunct professor in the graduate school of business at The Johns Hopkins University and she sits on the Professional Development Committees for the Chesapeake Human Resources Association and Greater Baltimore Committee.
