Job Description

The Baltimore Worldwide Speakers Bureau (TBWSB), a reliable provider and broker of 25 quality professional speakers, trainers, celebrities, entertainers and authors is looking for ambitious, driven, independent and eager account managers to work with a rapidly growing and soon to be industry leader in the speaker's bureau business.

As a TBWSB Independent Speaker - Trainer Sales Account Manager, you will ethically represent The Baltimore Worldwide Speakers Bureau's Quality Speaker Sales Solutions Team. If you are an excellent hunter and speaker sales broker with excellent prospecting and communication skills, this position is for YOU! You will seek-out and create relationships with potential clients by successfully marketing and booking 25 TBWSB professional speakers, celebrities, authors, and trainers for their set fee within your assigned national region. It will be considered a big plus, if you are professionally aggressive and have the consistent skills to uncover and do business directly with decision-makers.

1) North East Region

2) South East Region

VA, NC, SC, GA, AL, FL

3) Mid-East North Region

WV, WI, MI, IL, IN, OH

4) Mid-East South Region

TN, AR, MS, KY, LA

5) Mid-West North Region

ND, SD, MN, NE, IA

6) Mid-West South Region

KS, MO, OK, TX

7) North West Region

WA, MT, OR, ID, WY, UT

8) South West Region

CA, NV, CO, AZ, NM, AK, HI

Additionally, you should be able to work across multiple departments and various levels of contacts from meeting planners to conference planning chairs to mid-level management to chief executive officers. You must have excellent follow-up and follow-through skills, a sense of urgency in everything you do, excellent communication abilities, and impeccable quality customer service skills.

TBWSB is looking for hard working professionals that want to work with a rapidly growing business on pace to become one of the top leaders in the paid professional speaking industry. You will be promptly compensated for your closed sales results (confirmed paid speaking engagements).

Benefits

As an Independent Speaker - Trainer Account Manager, you will not be an employee of the company, but rather your own independent contracted boss. You can work the hours that are convenient for you! Compensation is paid on straight commissions only. There are no other forms of benefits or compensations with this position.

Requirements

* Computer skills, which include competently operating Microsoft Word, Excel,        and sending and receiving emails
* An in home PC and e-mail account set up
* An in home fax machine to send and receive faxes ongoing
* A connected and working cell phone and business phone land line at home
* Relevant Experience: 1 to 2 years
* Education: Some College or Degree

Compensation:

Commission ONLY; Contracted Position; Sales; Work from Home.
