Speeches: How many paid speeches you gave in the past twelve months? How many paid speeches you would like to give in the next twelve months?
Press Kit: To include your current bio, speech title(s) list with one-page program descriptions (outlines), articles that have been published about you, a copy of your published book or dust cover (and one sample of any other speaking products you may have), and 4 testimonials from groups you have spoken to within the past year. A "one-sheet" containing all of the above information is also acceptable.
Demo Video: A full-length DVD or video recording (unedited, and without voiceovers, music and transition pages) of a speech given in front of a live paying audience within the past year is required. If you do not have a DVD or video recording of you delivering a speech live in front of a paying audience, please do not waste your time mailing or emailing us your speaker materials for review.

Fee Schedule: Keynote fee (and/or 2 hr, Half-Day and Full-Day training fee), travel requirements, etc. Your fees must be consistently above $2,000.00 / USD, and you must be able to prove being paid the fee that you share with The Baltimore Worldwide Speakers Bureau (required - at least 16 paid speaking engagements at your shared fee or higher within the past 24 months).
We primarily represent experienced professional speakers and trainers with a proven paid speaking track record, and at least one published book (in paperback or hardback). We are always reviewing and evaluating exciting new speakers to offer our customers, but because of the high volume of materials we receive from potential speakers and trainers, we are unable to acknowledge the receipt of your material. We will contact you - ONLY - if we feel we are a good fit for one another. Please do not telephone our business offices.

Also, any speaking materials or products you mail to us so we can effectively review and possibly consider you as a TBWSB Speaker will not be returned to you. There will be no exceptions.

The Baltimore Worldwide Speakers Bureau (TBWSB) no longer works with speakers or trainers who are looking to be "just listed" on the its website or on its TBWSB Speaker Roster. Aside from being a part of and listed on TBWSB, all speakers – moving forward – are required to be voluntarily active in one or more sub-companies of InspiraGen Institute, LLC. This keeps a TBWSB Speaker active and visible to new and standing TBWSB Clients, and helps to increase their number of paid speaking engagements through TBWSB, each month and year.
There is not another speaker’s bureau or speaker’s agency in America who has in place and offers their speakers added exposure, creditability and representation opportunities like these, no matter what level a speaker is on.

2) Am I a professional speaker or trainer who has the time and is willing to voluntarily present a 30 to 40 minute presentation at a future Motivational BOOMTM Seminars event, once every 2 to 3 years?
If your answer is "No" to either of the two above questions, it’s fair to say that you are NOT a fit for The Baltimore Worldwide Speakers Bureau, regardless what level of speaker you are.
If your answer is "Yes" to either or both of the two above questions, do continue forward in submitting your professional speaker information to The Baltimore Worldwide Speakers bureau for review and possible consideration for you to be active and listed on its website and speaker roster.

We ONLY List 36 Speakers Each Year On Our Online Speaker Roster. We do not charge our listed speakers a fee to be represented by TBWSB; however, we do have 1% to 10% attrition at the end of each year, so we can provide the best professional speakers possible to our clients annually.
TBWSB is not easily impressed by the speaker with the biggest name, highest fees, most books sold, most absurd demands, toughest office team to work with, or the largest prima donna ego. The TBWSB Optimal Success Business Standard is to partner and work with a "professional" speaker who is very easy to work with; has a consistently positive and healthy reputation both on and off of the platform; exceptional on the platform; believes in and practices going the extra mile for a client; knows how to maintain and nurture a speaker’s bureau relationship; makes themselves available to be contacted personally by the bureau; and who wants to and knows how to do business as a consummate professional 100% of the time.
