Are You A Professional Speaker or Trainer?
( ...with a Proven Professional Speaking and/or Training Track Record?? )
If you are a successful professional speaker or trainer with a proven track record, and are ready to take the next step in your speaking career by working with a reputable speaker's bureau, The Baltimore Worldwide Speakers Bureau (TBWSB) would be pleased to review and possibly consider you for its TBWSB Speaker Roster. Our next deadline for submissions will be Friday, August 23, 2013.
* TBWSB previews and screens - once a year, in the month of November - for potential new speakers for our up-to 25 member TBWSB Speaker Roster. We usually bring 3 - 8 new speakers to our TBWSB Speaker Roster each year.
** TBWSB confirms and posts its newly updated up-to 25 member TBWSB Speaker Roster for the next upcoming year in the month of December of each current year (by the 29th of December).
*** All considered and listed TBWSB Speakers are required to sign a Non-Exclusive Representation Agreement each year to maintain their good standing and partnership with the bureau. No exceptions.
* Please refrain from calling our business offices.
TBWSB Does Not Need Just Any or All Speakers—We Only Partner and work with "The RIGHT Speaker" who is the right fit for TBWSB!
The H-U-G-E Benefits of Being An Active & Listed Speaker with TBWSB
As of December 5, 2011, the online magazine, MOTIVATION, is the primary sub-company and focal point of InspiraGen Institute, LLC. The other sub-companies within InspiraGen fall in succession as follows: The Baltimore Worldwide Speakers Bureau, Motivational BOOMTM Seminars Event Series, and Ty Howard SeminarsTM.
The Baltimore Worldwide Speakers Bureau (TBWSB) no longer works with speakers or trainers who are looking to be "just listed" on the its website or on its TBWSB Speaker Roster. Aside from being a part of and listed on TBWSB, all speakers – moving forward – are required to be voluntarily active in one or more sub-companies of InspiraGen Institute, LLC. This keeps a TBWSB Speaker active and visible to new and standing TBWSB Clients, and helps to increase their number of paid speaking engagements through TBWSB, each month and year.
There is not another speaker’s bureau or speaker’s agency in America that has in place and offers its speakers added exposure, credibility and representation opportunities like these, no matter what level a speaker is on.
As a Quarterly (4 articles per year total) Expert Article Writer for MOTIVATION you get more credibility, visibility and continuous interactive online growth. MOTIVATION magazine will be a H-U-G-E online success. Why? People are always online looking for some type or form of MOTIVATION. ( www.motivationmagazine.com )
As a speaker in the biennial Motivational BOOMTM Seminar Event Series, held every two years in the Spring, you get a chance to speak to professionals from many different industries (up-to 300 audience participants in attendance). TBWSB only asks 7 of its 25 speakers to participate in each Motivational BOOMTM Seminar event. It's "A Day of Motivation & Professional Development for Everyone!" The Seminar doubles as a TBWSB Speaker Showcase, and each speaker gets a chance to setup and sell their speaker products and coaching services to the registered participants in attendance. We also have business and marketing systems in place to get meeting planners and decision makers who hire professional speakers for their meetings to attend the Motivational BOOMTM Seminars. It's a 'win-win' for every speaker who participates in a Motivational BOOMTM Seminar Event. ( www.motivationalboom.com )
This new business model and framework works, and is the future for InspiraGen Institute, LLC and The Baltimore Worldwide Speakers Bureau (TBWSB) moving forward. It will help all speakers who are currently active within the new business model and framework. The active and listed speakers in the bureau are the ones who are consistently generating new paid speaking engagements, earned revenue, and repeat spin-off business―even in a tough economy.
If you are planning to mail or email your (bureau friendly) professional speaker information to The Baltimore Worldwide Speakers Bureau for review and possible consideration to be both active and listed within then new InspiraGen Institute Business Model and framework; before doing so, answer the following questions
1) Am I a professional speaker or trainer who has the time and is willing to voluntarily write four (4) "fresh" quality articles per year (articles that are 300 to 700 words) for MOTIVATION magazine?
If your answer is "No" to the above question, it's fair to say that you are NOT a fit for The Baltimore Worldwide Speakers Bureau, regardless what level of speaker you are.
If your answer is "Yes" to the above question, do continue forward in reading and learning how to submit your bureau friendly professional speaker information to TBWSB for review and possible consideration as an active and listed speaker on our website and speaker roster.
The Baltimore Worldwide Speakers Bureau is committed to Reciprocity, Having "The Right Speakers" on the Bus, and Ensuring that Everyone Actively and Consistently Contributes to and Supports The TBWSB Brand, Standard, and Vision!

IMPORTANT Potential TBWSB Speaker Information
We ONLY List Up-To 25 Speakers Each Year
On Our Online TBWSB Speaker Roster.
We do not charge our listed speakers a fee to be represented by TBWSB; however, we do have 1% to 10% attrition at the end of each year, so we can provide - annually - the best professional speakers possible to our new and standing clients.
TBWSB is not easily impressed by the speaker with the biggest name, highest fees, most books sold, most absurd demands, toughest office team to work with, or the largest prima donna ego. The TBWSB Optimal Success Business Standard is to partner and work with a "professional" speaker who is very easy to work with; has character and integrity that is unwavering when it comes to being ethical; has a consistently positive and healthy reputation on and off of the platform; has exceptional presentation and platform skills; believes in and will go the extra mile for a client; knows how to maintain and continuously nurture a speaker's bureau partnership; makes themselves available to be contacted personally by the bureau; and knows how to do business as a consummate professional 100% of the time.
* We preview and screen - once a year, in the month of November - for potential new speakers for our up-to 25 member TBWSB Speaker Roster. We usually bring 3 - 8 new speakers to our TBWSB Speaker Roster each year.
** We confirm and post our newly updated up-to 25 member TBWSB Speaker Roster for the next upcoming year in the month of December of each current year (by the 29th of December).
*** All considered and listed TBWSB Speakers are required to sign a Non-Exclusive Representation Agreement each year to maintain their good standing and partnership with the bureau. No exceptions.
